The exchange of goods will be carried out in the event of a production defect or in the event of significant damage caused by the carrier, after verification. It is important if possible to take a picture or not accept the goods by the carrier.

If the items ordered are not suitable for the customer, in the event that they are not damaged and in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs are at their expense. In this case, the refund will be made within 30 days by cheque upon receipt of the items ordered.
